The room was spacious with a comfy bed, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the daily cleaning service, which kept everything tidy. The breakfast spread catered to various tastes, with plenty of vegetarian options available, and the service was generally prompt. Staff attention made a notable difference. they even provided a travel cot for our baby without any fuss. However, the shower temperature control was tricky. It often shifted from cold to scalding, making it hard to find a comfortable setting. The Wi-Fi quality wasn't the best either, with slower speeds in our room compared to the common areas. Overall, the peaceful location was just a short walk from the busy night market, but navigational signage could improve.

The tour agency at the hotel offered a fantastic elephant interaction program that my kids loved! The location was great, tucked away on a quiet street yet still close to the night market. We also enjoyed the lovely pool area during our stay with aunt.

The Chai Colonial Hotel & Spa, Sha Plus exceeded my expectations during my stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance to attractions like the night bazaar and shopping centers. The breakfast offered a great range of options, and the staff were exceptionally attentive. I found the rooms spacious and comfortable, allowing for a productive and relaxing environment during my business trip.

The swimming pool was smaller than expected.

the only downside was the warm water. had some issues with the shower temperature. but the staff was super attentive. and the complimentary waters and cookies were a nice touch. the breakfast selection was also varied and tasty.

Wi-Fi was terrible. Liked the 24-hour reception for late check-in and poolside snacks.
